Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Portal Upgraded
The CFPB Office of Consumer Response has made enhancements to the Company Portal, with a new look and feel. The enhancements are designed to make it easier for collection agencies to respond to consumer complaints.
Consumer Response also enhanced the complaint form, consolidating the current 11 complaint forms into a single, dynamic consumer complaint form. With the complaint form enhancements, the Bureau will be able to make updates to the organization of products and issues.
